CipherG Liquidity LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company. It trades event contracts and derivatives solely for its own account, using capital supplied by its principal.

• The firm does not accept, pool or manage money for anyone else.
• The firm does not provide investment, trading, legal or tax advice, and nothing on this site should be read as a recommendation.
• Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, derivative or other financial product.
• The figures on the Record page, and the summary of them on the home page, are the firm’s own unaudited results, drawn from its exchange account records. They are rounded, exclude operating expenses and taxes, and value open positions at conservative prices. They are published so venues, banks and counterparties can see how the firm operates, not to solicit capital. Past results do not guarantee future results.
• The diagrams on this site, including the simulated contract on the home page and the Approach page, the example order book, the schematic calibration and payoff diagrams, and the generated artwork on research notes, are illustrative. They are generated from stylized models and do not reflect live prices or the firm’s positions.
